Our Mystery Cases really are a very random case made up of beers that are just past their best before date but are still good to drink, lines where the bottle/can labels are scratched, beers that are out of season and other beers we have to clear to make room for new stock. But I hope there were some in there you enjoyed. Cheers, Hannah

“I love Beer Hawk - the variety and pricing are both great! I bought a box as a gift - my husband loved them all. Just one small thing - Beer Hawk asked if I wanted a birthday/gift message included. Unfortunately, the printer clearly wasn't working very well that day and I had grey paper, faded lettering and it just didn't look very good. Perhaps, look at that Beer Hawk as if I hadn't repackaged it with a hand written note it would have looked a bit rubbish. I'd think twice about sending a message in a gift box to other friends directly unless that improves. Other than that, which has nothing to do with the beer itself, we love Beer Hawk!”

“Well ... to be honest... I wasn't too happy with the last order .. It was a random selection of beers , but most not to my taste .. obviously left over Christmas beers etc . Won't take the risk again .”

“Should state that you need a special machine WHICH WOULD HAVE COSTED £189 with the kegs not being a beer drinker I was not aware of this so it had to be returned VERY DISAPPOINTED as this was for a present 🙁”

“The beer is good but one bottle was broken. The cost of the bottle was refunded but nothing more. Expected a £10 voucher. Won't be using again.”

Apologies one of your bottles was broken in transit. Despite our best efforts on packaging we do unfortunately get a few breakages from time to time. Our policy is to refund the cost of the damaged items. I hope you enjoyed the rest of the beer. Cheers, Hannah

“Very fast delivery. However please please allow people to use beer tokens and voucher codes in the same transactions. It's unfair to ban people from using vouchers if they have credit with you.”
