“I was very pleased with the selection of beers that BEERHAWK had. My favorite (Stone & Wood from Australia) is not in stock very often so I ordered it when I saw it available. I was pleased with the delivery time, although I received no confirmation of shipping or guaranteed delivery time. When I opened the case, I found that I only received 1 of the 9 S&W in the box. There was no attached receipt to reference. When I logged onto my account, there was a note by my order saying there was a service issue but it had been resolved. There was no communication of this and it hadn't been resolved. After calling customer service on 4 separate days and pleading my story, 8 was finally refunded. I really wanted to like BEERHAWK but after the mishap of the order I will attempt to order unique beer elsewhere.”

“Ordered two Perfect Pour Kegs on December 21st, free delivery not really expecting to get them before Christmas, but wahey! One arrived on Christmas Eve. There was no sign of the second, so I followed up on December 30th and learned that the other keg had been 'mislaid' by the courier company. No problem, they shipped another and it arrived the next day. Oh, and the beers were great. Perfect Pour is a little frothy for my taste, but a great way to enjoy beer at home.”

“Beers were ordered 13th Dec, very easy to order just didn't have any notification of when package was dispatched or delivered. Also ordered as a gift, put a gift note on at the time of ordering but this didn't get sent out with the package. As we were sending the box of beers to a group of people this was a shame as they had no idea who they were for and who they were from. However the person who did consume the beer said they were very good.”

“Good selection on site, few beers i had seen on the first episode of brew dogs tv show i had been looking for. Delivery was swift and in good condition. Thank you it helped make christmas.”

“I ordered a gift pack for my son, hoping it would arrive before Xmas. Had to chase it up after Xmas, seemingly it went astray!! They did send out another pack which was waiting for him on his return from his New Year break with us.”

“Unusual Beers easily available in one place. Unfortunately my last order took nearly two weeks to reach me as it was over 7 days before it was dispatched. Perhaps it was because it was the middle of December. Not your usual service though.”

“The website was easy to use and my order was delivered before Christmas, but one of the beers I ordered was missing and although I have been in touch with the company about this, I have not yet received a response. They also did not provide notice that they would be delivering, despite the email confirmation stating that I would be sent a dispatch email the day before.”

“I ordered a perfect draft beer dispenser in the run up to Christmas as a gift for my husband. I was told it would arrive in time for Christmas. What arrived on the 22nd was 3 kegs and no dispenser. I called to be told it was being dispatched and i would get it either on 23rd or 24th. Its now 4th Jan and still no dispenser. Just called Fiona at Beerhawk to complain and ask for refund, received a polite 'sorry' and was told i would now need to wait 5 days or maybe 3 for a refund! I dont have the goods i ordered why the hell should i have to wait for a refund! A complete joke and i would never use again.”

Thanks for the review and we apologise for the issue regarding your delivery. I am aware you have received a refund and sadly the 3 or 5 day wait is down the the banking system and not Beer Hawk as we refund immediately and it leaves us immediately.

“Very quick delivery and of course excellent products. I particularly liked the magazine Hoptical. I wish I had seen that before ordering as I would have "tweaked" my order because it shows some gorgeous beers that I have missed because of lack of time to trawl through the website. All in all an excellent service. Thank you!”

“after 3 weeks and me chasing them 4 times and being told twice my order was ready for dispatch, I was finally informed that my items were out of stock and was refunded my money, after making another order my item arrived at my work on my day off, without me receiving any email of dispatch or any emails from a courier company so I was unaware it had arrived.”

“I have absolutely no idea where my beers are. The website originally stated that I would receive the beers in the new year, which worked for me as I was away for Christmas. The delivery date then changed to when I was away, and so I wasn't in. I appreciate this was a quicker delivery, which is good, but it would have been nice to have a bit more notice. Since then, I have tried to rearrange the delivery, with no luck. I would really just like the beers I paid for.”
