“Within my delivery (received 25/5/2017) was a can with an expiry of 13/5/2017. I thought it was illegal to sell out of date beer.”

“The beer was fantastic and the price was great too. I ordered perfect draft kegs and they arrived as and when described. Also well packed. I would say only one thing and that is more to do with the perfect draft machine and beers. I personally think they are chilled too much; when I have had a drink of the beer at 5 degrees instead of 3 degrees it tastes much better. Maybe consideration should be given to a controllable thermostat, otherwise its perfect!!”

“Delivery of my order was very quick and arrived well ahead of time. There was a slight problem with the order and the Customer Services Dept went above and beyond and fixed for me straight away. I cannot fault this company.”

“Delivery arrived with no notification, carrier was not the carrier on the label. Inthen received an email telling me that my beers had been damaged in transit when they were intact in the beer store area. Totally disorganised. The beers were good however”

“Web site is poor I bought lower braunschweig kegs, no warning I needed a dispenser which cost £189, worthless purchase still waiting for refund”

“Placed my order on 25th may which never arrived via Yodel "which was out of beer hawks hands to be fair" I was offered another fresh dispatch on 2nd June which I accepted but had not received by 5th June so decided to call beer hawk who told me they had a big order to fourfil so was temp out of stock.i chased again on the 7th to be told it will be dispatched that day and finally received on the 8th June......not the best of first experiences”
