“Just bought a Perfect Draft and 2 kegs for a really good price, but I had a few questions regarding my purchase and I spoke to a very helpful lady called Beth who answered all my questions politely and gave great customer service which convinced me to make the purchase and also convinced me to make regular purchases of kegs from beer hawk, highly recommended.”

“Placed an order to be told the next day they didn't have the stock and my order was cancelled. They then conveniently put the price up so if they come back in stock they won't honour the price I paid. Offered absolutely nothing as an apology not even free postage off next order. Asked for my details to be removed as I won't be using them again and didn't bother to reply.”

“Fast delivery of my Leffe kegs Only negative was receiving an email offering £5 off and then to find the price had I increased by £5 Apart from that great to deal with.”

“Great selection in the mixed case - made a really fantastic gift. Pity the order had to arrive in two deliveries and we were initially left wondering where the rest was. However good follow up and special delivery later all was well sorted.”

“I have recently purchased a perfect draft machine and some kegs from Beer Hawk. The entire service has been very good and the beer tastes amazing from a keg. The discounts, beer tokens and refunds on empty kegs make the beer prices comparable and often better than the supermarket which considering the quality difference is remarkable. It's nice to see new lines added as well. Keep up the good work !! :)”
