“Good selection and I found a couple of cases cheaper here than elsewhere. Delivery was fine. Shortest date on any of the beers (something another reviewer had issue with so I checked) was September (ordered at end of march)”

“The service was excellent delivered as it says. I bought for a gift and they said it was interesting gift and they never had or tried some of the variety of beers before and they were going to have beer testing day. I'm glad I chose the right thing!”

“I originally ordered a Beer Hawk Belgian Beer selection as a birthday present for my brother via Amazon but it was not delivered as the parcel was damaged. Amazon weren't very helpful on this and simply offered a refund, and my brother's birthday came and went with no parcel. On telephoning Beer Hawk themselves I was met with nothing but helpfulness - a parcel was immediately dispatched to my brother and received the next day. The staff are knowledgeable, sympathetic and efficient - I would definitely use them again.”

“Some of the beer received was bad. It was obviously off from a bed fermentation. Sent customer services an email but didn't receive a response. Tried logging in to the website but the password they sent didn't seem to work either.”

“First time I have used beer hawk,got a fantastic deal on perfect draft machine and a couple of kegs of Leffe. Dispatched very quickly and am delighted with purchase. Would thourouly recommend Beer Hawk”

“My delivery arrived promptly. The draft beer dispenser and cooler is awesome, if not a tadge indulgent! The two barrels of Leffe I ordered were as good as it gets. Excellent. I would've given 5 stars but I've been contemplating this purchase for a few weeks, the week after I ordered the price was dropped by 50 quid (which is another 2 barrels to me) gutted but that's how it rolls I guess. I'm still happy with my dispenser and beer”

“My order took 10 days to arrive. It did not contain one of the items I purchased. I rang up and the man said that it would be with me within a few days as it was just in another delivery. After another 10 days, it still had not arrived and I rang up to be told that there are none of the specified item in stock. I asked for a refund. The beers that I received were lovely however, so I may consider another order again, albeit a small one so there are no mess-ups with my order, or no cloudy miscommunications.”

“Not long come back from Las Vegas where I tried some different beers. Had a search for them online & found that Beer Hawk stocked all different types. Sent my order off expecting delivery in a few days. When delivery didn't materialise I contacted their social media team & they upgraded my delivery to be sent on a Saturday for free (as I was due to take them to a friends in Birmingham that day). That's what I call good customer service. Will be ordering more in the near future.”
