“My order took 3 weeks to arrive!!! As an apology I was supposed to get £10 worth of beer tokens, after 3 phone calls I've still not got them! Then to top it all off.... When we opened the case of beer on Christmas morning, some of the beers advertised to be in the case weren't!!!! And they happened to be re beers we wanted to try! Will be calling them for the fourth time today!!!! Not happy at all!”

“I bought two beer selection boxes as quirky gifts for my dad and granddad. Delivery was super fast, and the selection boxes were really well packaged. They were both made up with them, so will be coming back for next year's box!”

“I will never use beer hawk again. I placed an order on 12th December which should have been out for delivery within 5 working days. Up until now I still haven't received it and had to "reschedule" my delivery 4 times with UK mail which was a complete waste of time because it has never arrived. I think it is a great shame that their choice of delivery company really lets them down as they had a great range of products, but if you can't get the product to the customer for the appointed time what's the point of having them. The even bigger cheek is the fact that after me complaining about my failed delivery I get a generic email reading; Hawk Order. We hope that the beers are being enjoyed, either by yourself or a lucky gift recipient! No they haven't enjoyed it, and a failed delivery service is all I will remember.”

“The selection of beer and lager is great and the different products are great. I ordered 2 beer bullets as stocking fillers and thought they were brill as did my husband. I do think the giant box per bullet is far too much packaging though. Overall impressed and will use the company again!”

“My original order arrived late and was only dispatched after I contacted Beerhawk via email to see the whereabouts. When it arrived some items were missing, I called the contact centre where the gentleman was lovely and said would get my new order out to me for the replacement items. It never arrived. I emailed, and never got replies. Tweeted, and got told each day my order was arriving - it never did. I eventually asked for my money back, I was told I would get a full refund... and that didn't happen either. Now I'm out of pocket - what a waste.”
