“They have a very good service delivering before the three days and their beer tokens are an excellent idea as they encourage returns of the Perfect Draft kegs and give a good discount on the next order.”

“Ordered some Gin and beers and after 4 days it didn't arrive... I looked on parcelforce only to find the package was damaged in transit (who's fault I don't know). The package was returned to Beer Hawk and i thought they would just send me a email or call me to say "sorry your parcel was damaged and a new parcel will be on its way". (they didn't) I phoned up and they said "Somebody here hasn't re-ordered your parcel, I'll get a new one on the way now". The new parcel was with me in 48 hours. Good company but they should handled it a little better.”

“The delivery took over the expected time. It was intended for a birthday 6 days later and didn't arrive in time. I have since bought direct from a supplier - in this instance Beavertown - and the delivery took just 2 days.”

“I bought some beers as I saw one I particularly wanted. When I got my box I realised the one I particularly wanted was not in said box. I called and this was sorted. I then had a call back. I had a gentleman state that just sending one beer out may open it up to get damaged! Could they not just credit me instead. I was outraged. It was not my fault my beer was missed. The customer service side apart I was very impressed. Great beer selection and home brew kits too. Something for everybody. The customer service does need sorting though!”

Thanks for your feedback James. I'm sorry there was an mispack with your order & a beer was missed. I understand your frustration at this being our error, but our concern of sending just one beer out would be it is more susceptible to damage, which is why we would have offered the refund for it instead. “Delivery arrived late despite assurances by staff that it was being sent out. Specifically asked for lager selection but ale mix was sent through. So disappointing as this was the first order and will unfortunately be the last.”

“Free delivery for orders over £50? No, read the exclusions in the small print. Never mind how good the beer is, never mind how quick was the delivery, I object to being duped like that. And I *really* object to being ignored when I complain.”
