“Although the beers are a Christmas treat so can't comment on them, the delivery of my order was prompt. I'm looking forward to sampling the beers soon.”

“The products sold by Beer Hawk are excellent and the service is great too. I had a problem with delivery of one order (courier issues), but once I got to speak to the right person (easiest over the phone) everything was sorted out quickly and easily. Very satisfied and the perfect draft machine is fantastic. Cheers....”

“Ordered a delivery on the 26th November .. still waiting to receive said delivery !!!!! called them on the 15th December to be told that UK Mail have marked it as delivered and signed for by funnily enough my surname... never received the parcel and still waiting for either the beers or the refund. NOT HAPPY AT ALL - AVOID ORDERING”

“Absolutely shit. Delivery only appeared after I escalated a refund through Paypal. If your going into administration do the world a favour and stop taking peoples money. Now fuck off.”

“Ordering was straightforward. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order. The beer was delivered on time. One of the bottles hadn't been primed sufficiently and so was flat, but altogether it was a good service.”

“The beer and communication was first class. However, the beer was delivered by U.K. Mail and left unattended outside a back door, apparently signed for by someone with the same surname as myself. I cannot order again because of the courier service. Just not good enough.”
