“From order to sample superb service and advise I have just built a new tiki bar and decided to have this machine with 4 kegs was delivered within 2days easy to assemble, looks great on bar, so now every night after work straight go straight to bar for couple of pints, I think I'm becoming addicted to the wonderful beer selection lowenbrue is my favourite so far now on leffe blonde this is going down well My only advise is put your kegs in fridge whilst waiting to drink my first keg took 12 yours to reach 3c my second keg from fridge when in machine and within 10 minutes it was at 3c perfect”

“This was a first order with Beer Hawk and I was generally very happy. An easy to use website with good range and prices made a positive first impression which was reinforced during a phone call to Customer Services. Unfortunately, this was tarnished by the blithering incompetence of the courier who didn't know where the two packages were or when they would be delivered. Sort out the courier and Beer Hawk would fully deserve 5*.”

“I bought this selection for my partners birthday and he loved it. He really enjoyed trying all the different ales and said he would definitely get again. He said the quality was excellent and great value for money. Quick and efficient delivery. Many thanks Beer Hawk. Hopefully we'll be back soon :)”

“Delivery of beers was a gift for my brother, they arrived on time and he really enjoyed the variety commenting that it's so unusual to get a collection of beers to be so good not one duffer. Thank you made his week.”

“Bought voucher for husband as a gift. Voucher took an age to come through (despite being an e-voucher). Voucher code then didn't work. Delivery then stated to be on Sat. Didn't show. Then stated to be on Tues. Didn't show. Then stated to be today (Fri). Still not showing. Complete joke of a company.”

“Product excellent, dissatisfied with delivery. It was left on my front doorstep really marked with beer hawk labelling . It was a Father's Day gift bought from the Father's Day section. My husband got back and found it outside and obviously realised what it was, So surprise ruined. Will think twice about using you again. Surely it should have arrived in unmarked pakagaging and not left on my doorstep.”
