“Great selection of beers in our mystery box! From pale ales and a few wheat beers to dark bitters and a black 'engine oil' ale, there was something for everyone. We ordered it in time for the New Year's Eve party at our house - and now have a solid tradition of ordered a BeerHawk box every year! Thanks for the great work and look forward to ordering again soon.”

“I purchased the Advent Beer Calendar as a gift for my beer loving friends. They absolutely loved the present as each day revealed a different beer to try. The beers were varied and the quality excellent.They even kept the empties for me to peruse when I visited over Christmas. If you are searching for an unusual gift of quality next year for beer lovers then I highly recommend this package.”

“There were a number of problems with the order of a beer dispenser and 2 kegs. All arrived separately, and each item required a call/email to beer hawk. The people I delt with were helpful, and arranged for replacement items to be delivered. However only one of the kegs arrived in time for Christmas (it was a Christmas present), and the beer dispenser arrived after New Year which was a bit disappointing.”

“Beer selection good. Got a partial refund and was not told why. customer service said "it's for beer out of stock" I'd figured that much out and wanted to know which. When I got the answer the price added up to double what they refunded me. They refunded me the rest when I explained but I shouldn't have to check and follow up on that sort of stuff.”

Hi, You are right - we should have contacted you to update you and we have now improved the process to ensure this does not happen again. Sadly we had a minor issue where stock was showing as available when it was not and this is being investigated. Regards Stu

“Can't speak for the quality of the beer because it was a gift for my brother. However web site was easy to use , and beer was despatched in a timely manner, I think. One thing I would say is that an email to let me know when it was despatched would have been much appreciated.”

“OK - was so excited to get my hubby the advent calender but probably not as excited as he was when he saw it. The glass was broken at the stem and I contacted you saying that I just thought a bit of bubble wrap would probably stabilise the stem in transit but that I was not complaining etc or after anything. You ignored me completely and popped £8.50 into my account - thank you so much. I then ordered an amazing wooden box full of dark and delicious beers for my man along with another 4 x Christmas beers. They arrived promptly like the others also did BUT - again - the most beautiful glass in the 4 pack of beers was broken in transit. It was such a shame as it was quite a gorgeous shape and had snowflakes on it. Now, I know the packaging of this is out of your control but I can let you know that the sub-contracted couriers in our area for your deliveries was DPD and we saw first hand how they lobbed other peoples packages around in the back of their vans. I know not how this can managed but just wanted you to know. I will be back buying more beers for my February birthday boy and love your site and wares MUCH”

I am so pleased that we resolved the issues you faced, sadly due to the nature of shipping glass and liquid we do sometimes get damages. We solved your problem which we always endeavour to do. “Still not had my order placed before Christmas. Phoned twice and spine to rwo different people who said they would look into and German back to me. Still waiting!! Also sent an email and had no response!!! Feel like I've lost my money as no one seems to care!!!”
