“Beer Hawk made the transaction extremely easy, lots of nice beers to choose from and are cheaper than other places. Delivery time was extremely quick ordered on Thursday night and had them by Saturday afternoon. Only downsize was one of the kegs was pretty flat but can't win them all.”

“We are so happy with the home brew kit . Its a great way to brew from scratch and the instructions are easy to follow. Very print delivery, would happily use again. Definitely recommend!”

“Decided to phone my order in as I wanted to ask about returning empty perfect draft kegs. My order was taken and within a few minutes details for returning empty kegs arrived by email. My order arrived by yodel a couple of days later. Well done beer hawk!!!”

“I had various issues trying to order and use a gift voucher. Eventually someone had to place the order for me instead. I can't speak about the beer as it was a gift for someone else but I was disappointed with the packaging used. Although none of the cans in the bullet were leaking they were pretty bashed up. I will say that when I did get in contact with someone from Beer Hawk they were responsive and helpful but I really wouldn't rush to order from them again, particularly ordering any vouchers.”

“A huge thank you to Hannah in customer services. After several problems with my recent orders and a very grumpy customer, Hannah has dealt with the issues, arranged for the wrong order to be collected and a replacement set of the beers I had ordered to be sent to me at no cost. “They decided one of my beers was out of stock without giving me the option to change my order. when emailed to inquire About this i was ignored and didnt receive a response I shall not use this web site again”

Thanks for the feedback Chris - really sorry you weren't given the option to change your order. When something is out of stock we do try to get in touch, but so not to delay the order, if we can't reach you we refund the missing bottle to get the rest of the order sent out. Cheers, Hannah
