Bought the advent calendar for my son. Arrived in time for 1December. Good range of interesting and different beers. He is delighted. We feel a little let down by the packaging. All bottles are intact but unfortunately during transit several have moved making them difficult to get out. Some have even fallen through to the bottom of the box. We have had to tear this open and remove all the contents, thus spoiling the fun somewhat. Overall great idea but packing needs a rethink. Thank you.

This company are not to be trusted everything out of there mouth is lies. We ordered 4 calendars and after countless emails and phone calls eventually got them I day before the 1st with no tasting kits as promised by there manager and Stuart, after staying in 2 days for deliverys that didn't arrive 2 out of 4 where damaged and when you open the window the beers are not at the windows! The sad thing about all of this is I would be happy if they turned up on time ,undamaged and with no stress but in the end not worth it. The tasting kits missing where the last straw when I contacted them again I got a email down the lines of we have run out tough. The customer service if you have a problem don't help and one woman was extremely rude they have moved to a bigger premises but after the advent calendar saga I sense won't need the space they carried on advertising for orders when they couldn't fulfill the ones they already had that's GREED.

I know that we did resolve the issues in the end and hope that this has gone someway to repair the experience you faced. I bought 2 of the advent calendars as gifts, which the recipients were both initially delighted with! Unfortunately, the bottles had all fell out of place, so had to be removed. Great beers, but the calendar part wasn't functional

Ordered the advent calendar. Great range of beers from around the world, gives me a chance to sample some beers I'd never even heard of. 12 days in and all are great!!! Will reorder for next year and will keep my eye out for Beer Hawks offers in the meantime.

Used this company twice now and have had a really good experience. Products are wrapped correctly- protecting all bottles an beer range is great. The latest purchase was the Christmas advent calendar which my husband loved. The only downside to that was the bottles falling so when you opened some numbers you had to put your hand in an feel for the bottle- haven't marked down for this because it can't be helped. Overall happy and won't hesitate to use again. Thanks

slowly delivery, damaged box not acceptable for xmas gift. wouldn't accept discount code cost me extra 12 pounds. wouldn't use again

The product was fantastic, but dealing with the company was painfull. I didn't receive any confirmation, delivery or dispatch e-mails and had to phone on several occasions to try to get this information. I was told I'd be contacted by the delivery company, which I wasn't. It wasn't delivered on the day I selected and had taken off. It was just chance it turned up when I was at home. Just, unfortunately poor service that contracts with the great product.

Avoid this company Extremely unprofessional in every way. Ordered a present over two weeks ago has never arrived. I then had to chase and was lied to by a lady called Sam in customer services about the where the delivery was to be promised it would be with me in 2 days. It still never arrived, I then had to all customers services which took over an hour to get through to speak to someone different in customer services who then made up a story that original delivery was damaged and they were unsure when they could send out another order! Disgraceful. Have had a refund and will never order from here again

Very impressed with the quick delivery. I don't drink beer myself but my boyfriend really liked a beer he drank whilst in Chicago this year. We've struggled to find it in the U.K. but they stock it on the site and it was delivered within 2 days. Since then I've used it for a few Christmas gifts and have always received the same level of service. Very happy overall.

I was worried I had ordered too late to meet the 1st of December and as I ordered on a Friday night, given 5 working days to arrive, I was delighted when it turned up Monday morning. I bought the beer advent for my boyfriend and he obviously loves it. Everyone is now asking me for one. :D It looks really great with a great variety of beers.

I buy beer online from a lot of outlets. Beerhawk being the worse experience so far. Ordered on a Saturday, delivery states 5 working days. Took 8 working days, slow response to my emails. Oh & one of the beers a month out of date.

I ordered my selection of beers for an event more than 2 weeks ago now. I still haven't received them. After speaking to customer service, I was advised they could do next day delivery to speed up the delay, then the next day I was told they couldn't, then I was told a manager would call and never I received that either. Utterly terrible customer service; I have been told conflicting information and the amount of time I have spent on the phone has wasted a lot of time. It would have been much more manageable had I been advised of the delay in the first place. Because of this, we now have no beer for the party I am organising. Great job, Beer Hawk, great job.

I placed an order on Black Friday for a PerfectDraft machine and 2 kegs, then had a customer service email a week later explaining there would be a delivery delay due to high sales volumes, which was understandable. However two weeks later, I still have not received my order and I called customer service only to be told that my order had gone 'missing' and that it would be reordered. No re-delivery estimate, or apologies for any delay... a poor start for my first order with Beerhawk I'm afraid!

Did not deliver until I complained about not receiving, then got delivery wrong. There is no dedicated customer service telephone line, which is ridiculous, therefore you cannot speak to somebody to get any problems sorted out straight away. Only after phoning, emailing, and tweeting repeatedly did someone finally reply to say "oh sorry the item we've charged you for but not delivered is out of stock." Overall a terrible experience.
