“Ordered my Chirstmas beer selection box as a gift on 18-12-2016 and was assured I'd receive this by 21-12-2016. Still not arrived by Christmas, was told I can collect by 28-12-2016 from their depot which is half a mile away from my delivery address. What good is a Christmas selection box to anybody on the 28th of December!?”

“Never received. Had to visit family on Xmas Day empty handed. It seems as though alot of people have had the same issues, even before Christmas. I am really not happy.”

“I bought a beerhawk advent calendar for my husband and he was thrilled. My teenage son was gutted and I explained maybe if he is good santa might replace his chocolate marvel calendar next year. Every day was a new beer and a new taste. It was a conversation piece and he spread the word with photos on Facebook making fellow friends well jell. Will I buy one again? Most certainly. This impressed me so much I bought the cooler tap and 2 special barrels of beer. This also went down a treat for a cool pint with indicators of how cool your beer is and how long you have to drink it, not like that's a problem but it also let's you know how much is left in the barrel. Would I recommend this? Most certainly! I have no reclaimed the fridge and I have space to put the wine in. Thank you beerhawk.”

Av, Great review and we are so pleased that your husband loved the calendar, we do feel sorry for your son but I hope he is a good boy that he can get one too later this year !!! We also appreciate the fact you bought the Perfect draft system which is great. Cheers Stu

“Easy to navigate website; fantastic selection of beers; decent prices; quick delivery; shameful packaging. Everything about Beer Hawk is great except for their environmental responsibility. The beers arrived safe and sound, however the two 750ml bottles I ordered arrived in a box with enough compartments for 15 bottles of the same size. Not a major issue some might feel but I think they should get smaller boxes and cut down on packaging waste for smaller orders.”

Hannah, Many thanks for your review. We slipped on timescales over Christmas and apologise for this. We know it caused some issues but was purely down to volume of orders. We have put new processes in place to ensure this does not happen again. Cheers Stu

“To the uninitiated your product is attractive however your website makes no clear link between a keg and the appropriate kit required to consume the contents- leaving first timers with a keg that can't be consumed! I would not buy this product unless I was a seasoned keg buyer and owned a £200 draft lever-”

“Whilst the Beer is great the service is not. I placed an order containing 2 gifts allowing 4 weeks until they were needed. 3 weeks later no update so I call and am advised part of my order is now out of stock and an alternative will be sent. My delivery arrives the next day however the alternative wasn't even included!!! I then call and am told they arent sure why it wasnt sent and they will escalte to head office. I then hear nothing... and still havent. The alternative did arrived bit was useless by then and not comparible at all. Shocking communication.”
