““After putting a total of $343,000 into a binary option platform for several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. “I bought a discounted box in order to make up the minimum order value for free shipping. I'd rather that I didn't do that now, as the box wasn't really needed. It would be nice if you could lower the threshold for free shipping. I was really weary about ordering from you after the bait and switch I experienced last year with a Christmas beer box (the selection of beers was changed after I had ordered and I got something totally different). So I ordered it in plenty of time this year to avoid disappointment, and thankfully I received exactly what I ordered this time! I also like the beer token idea, but I'm so worried about them expiring (perhaps in the "you've got beer tokens!" e-mail you could mention if there are any terms like this) as I don't buy beer online all that often, mostly due to the shipping costs and the incredibly high threshold for free shipping.”

“Excellent selection provided for the mystery case and no problems with delivery. The only complaint I have is the condition of only a couple of the cans in the box, they were quite rusted and disfigured, and a couple of the beers were also past their sell-by date. For me this is no problem as beer is beer but this was bought as a gift.”

Thanks for the feedback Dominic, the description of the Mystery Case does state it could include beers that are past their best before date or bottle/can labels are scratched. I hope the person who received it still enjoyed the beers. Cheers, Hannah

“Great range and quality of beers and speedy delivery. However, the delivery instructions were not carried out properly. We were out and the pre-arranged place was ignored. The driver left the box outside the front door on full display for 48 hours until we got home. Not ideal.”

“Brilliant piece of kit, the only downfall I'd say is you have to pour some liquid out first before putting the glass underneath, to prevent it frogging up and when you pump it out it hits the drip tray underneath. The angle in one of the holes in the drop tray is at an awkward angle and the beer sprays all around the area close by. Obviously the way around it is by not using the drip tray but you need to have it there. Apart from that I'd highly recommend it, will be one of the best buys in your house. I'm thinking of buying a second one to have 2 beers on offer at the same time”

“Decent selection in the mixed case we received. A good mix of porters/IPA's and lagers, most of which were new to us. Yes a few are close to their best before date but that is to be expected in these mystery clearance cases....”
