“Great selection and good prices, delivered on time (very useful to have it delivered to a dropshop facility) Only downside was the massive box filled with mostly packaging. Bottles were safe but it was a huge box for what I ordered.”

“My initial had not been delivered by the courier. As soon as they were made aware of this, Beer Merchants contacted me and shipped a duplicate order for express delivery and with no additional cost. Very impressed :-)”

Hi Sarah, I can see you have not contacted us on this issue, so unfortunately we have been unaware of this. However now we are, we have organised for a new package to be dispatched to you Monday for delivery Tuesday whilst we investigate the issue with our courier partners.

“Received a voucher from colleagues so bought a good variety of Belgian beers. Choice was good, but some of the UK craft stuff not great, there's far better out there. Belgian choice is great and I'm thought enjoying drinking my way through them”

“I have already written to you about this delivery! Apart from confirmation of receipt, I have not heard anything further from you. The box containing the beers (and a beer glass) had been opened and resealed by DPD. There was tape holding the box lid shut which confirmed this. Six of the 10 bottles were missing , as was the glass. There was no spillage nor broken glass in the box and hence I assume the six bottles had been stolen en route. I am still awaiting a response from yourselves as to how you propose to rectify this situation. I would therefore suggest that the service I have received was worse than very poor! G”

“Didn’t receive the goods as DPD tracking said returned to BeerMerchants. Still charged and don’t respond to phone messages or emails. Used to love this place but very poor service . Trying to get my money back for goods never delivered.”
