“Let down by their delivery company who left beer outside front door, didn't knock, ignored instructions about leaving at the back. Also, after delivery we got confusing messages saying they'd be unable to deliver & would deliver next day, another the next day saying delivery before 2200 hrs - all very poor.”

“I got a good variety of beers, plus a glass. All went down well. Lasted me 4 days as I was celebrating, usually it's a week for the nine bottles and cans. I gave the blood orange can to a friend who was happy 😄”

“I really liked all the experience with ordering and getting the beer. The beer selection and quality are also top-notch. But I can't give the top rate to my experience, because the only beer that I needed was not delivered to me. It was approved in my order, then nobody contacted me to confirm the change in my order (as the beer I needed turned out to be out of stock), and finally, I received a whole box of beer (beer that I added to my order additionally only thinking that it's not bad to have more beer and free delivery) but not the one I needed. :) It was a huge disappointment as I needed that bottle for my anniversary. Other than this, everything is perfect.”

“I ordered this beer for my son as birthday gift! He talked very highly of it after a friend gave him a bottle. The ordering process was very easy and I was kept informed fully of the dispatch and delivery date throughout! I am sure my son will be delighted!”

“Part of my order missing. Phoned several times and it just rang out. Emailed, no answer. Pretty disappointed as the order was a gift. Also message from courier telling me delivery was cancelled only for them to show up. Ordered a few times but only this time we had a problem.”
