“Great selection of beers and glasses. Quick delivery (free if you spend enough). Only *slight* gripe is that there was a lot more packaging than seemed necessary. Still, nothing was damaged.”

“There was a good choice, several beers which are difficult to get, special offers, I could shop around and amend my order as much as I needed, and it is easy to put selection packs as well as single bottles on your list. The free postage for an order over £50.- and the delivery in less than three days, even though it was a weekend is a great customer service. Additionally messages were sent to let me know when the order will arrive, in an only one hour timeslot, so I knew when to look out for it.”

“I have not had chance to try the beer yet but my rating is based on the ordering process not the beer I was offered a new customer discount but could not access the discount when I ordered I did bring this to the notice of Beer Merchants but have not as yet had the courtesy of a reply”

“Things go wrong with deliveries especially when those deliveries are bottles of beer and its Christmas! But yet again Beer Merchants customer service and DHL put things right super quick. Great beer, great prices exemplary customer service.”

“Having now finished the contents of my advent calendar, what a great variety of beers, many different tastes and flavours, many i would have not tried as i only tend to drink dark strong beers. “I bought a Belgium Christmas beer case and 3 of the advertised items were out of stock, completely understandably especially around Christmas. BUT the missing Belgian Christmas beers were substituted with some nondescript German lagers, surely they should be replaced with something equivalent (other Belgian Christmas beers were still in stock on the web site)?”
