“I have been a Beer Merchants customer for a few years now. We found them after visiting Bruges and my husband falling in love with the Belgian beers. From our first order we have only had a positive experience. Delivery is quick, the quality is amazing and the few times I did have to speak to someone, the customer service was excellent. Honestly we couldn't fault them. We are customers for the foreseeable future.”

“Referred and so delighted I was. Received 10% discount on my first order, free delivery when order over £50, and beers received from 2 mystery boxes were superb. Highly recommend and definitely purchase again.”

“Ordered 20x bottles of Weiss and a 12 pack of cans of Weiss. DHL turned up with box 2of2 , no box 1. This is three days ago now. DHL unhelpful, beer merchants don't answer the phone but did answer one email that basically says hopefully it'll turn up and nothing else. Looks as though my only option will be to pursue this through PayPal. My first order aswell, not sure I'll be making anymore, even with today's 15% off. Quite simply not worth the hassle...”

“Choice of beers is excellent, far better than others. The ordering process is so easy and clear. Delivery is quick and you are informed of the delivery day / time. I’ve had various orders where I have selected my own beers, had pre-boxed orders and also lucky dip orders and all great.”

“For the first time ever I found a supplier who could supply at long last the Flotsinger range. I love the Helles, the daughter loves the dunkel and the 1571 weiss is excellent. Will be restocking shortly. Happy days indeed”

“Great selection of beers and fast delivery. Had a minor issue with the wrong beer being put in but this was smoothly resolved upon bringing it to their attention. Will definitely be using again.”

“There was a packing error with my order, 1 can was mispacked, by another can from the same brewery. The original can I ordered was more expensive than the one I was given (but still paid for the more expensive one). When asked to receive the can I paid for, I was told I had to wait for them to arrange a pick up for the can I was sent, until they could ship out my original order. Frankly this has cost Beer Merchants more in delivery costs than it would have if they had sent the replacement. Although my delivery was on time, waiting for the correct can to come will mean overall my delivery will be late by over a week. I requested a refund on my delivery charge but I was flat out denied this. Very unhappy with the level of customer service, and will certainly not be using Beer Merchant’s in future.”
