“All the German beers are excellent. No long waiting time from order to delivery. Thank you for a great selection, including Oktoberfest beers. Everyone particularly liked the Augustiner. I'll certainly be back. DPD just left the beers at the nearest supermarket, claiming I wasn't in. They did not offer to come back the next day for a home delivery. But that's not your fault.”

“Would have given 5 stars but for the dreadful delivery service by DPD. The delivery information was fine to begin with then I got a message that driver was running late. Then another message to say they had been unable to deliver as no one was in (not true) and I would need to collect the parcel from a Coop a mile or so away. Eventually got a delivery and am very happy with the beer. Great environmentally friendly packaging too.”

“Great variety of beers - this time plumping for Oktoberfest classics and glassware. Sadly glassware was not as advertised and so when I mentioned it I was told that if I clicked on the image it would say the different glassware that would be sent. When I disagreed with that there was no further reply but I was offered refund on one of the glasses. I politely and humourously said refund on two ( I bought 3 ) would be better ../I got no reply but just the refund on one. I will still check their products but am more inclined now to other sellers and will Double check what they say I will be receiving before ordering.”

“Ordered for my sons birthday got a German larger Gaffel Kolsch that no one seems to keep in stock.I got Fast delivery which was free because I’d spent £50 well packed products and son was very pleased.”

“Given 4 stars rather than 5 because the glass I ordered as part of a gift set arrived smashed. I realise this is not the company's fault and more the courier's! The response I got when I explained what happened was really lovely and helpful and they sent a new glass straight away! Really pleased with my order in the end!”

“Great range of beers not readily available locally, great prices compared to other sellers only negative was caused by DPD who only delivered one box and after about 3 days of trying to get an answer from them advised box was damaged, Cant fault Beer Merchants as they were in the dark as much as me”
