Although the original package was damaged in transit, Beer52 got a replacement out really quickly and the service from Angus was great. Nice beers, too!

Phoned up today to cancel after receiving my free beer. Just think £29.99 is a bit steep for 10 330ml beers. Representative offered me their Christmas special. 10 beers for half price, £15. Done deal. Still have to remember to cancel after I receive them though.

Douglas was a nice chap on the phone. I went ahead and cancelled as I really prefer dark beers and they unfortunately don't offer a Darks only case. Mystified as to why not!

Douglas was great on customer service when I called up to cancel. However, I had to wait 20 minutes to get through to someone on the phone.

Issue with delivery so had called to resolve. Took a while to get through but good customer service once connected. Douglas was helpful and efficient in resolving my problem. First issue with delivery. Will look forward to the delivery.

Had to cancel subscription due to job loss. Handled well by the operative. Only downside was that it took five calls before I could get to make the cancellation.

When cancelling my subscription, Douglas was very helpful and the beer I received was good and a nice variation. Wish I could've stayed but was just quite expensive.

I couldn't argue with the original promo of £24 of free beer for £5.95 shipping. The service was very prompt. Unfortunately i only liked one of the beers as they were mostly just too floral / citrus for my liking and i struggled to find any standard malty bitters flavours (e.g. Marston's Pedigree) on their list for next time. When i went to cancel my sub i discovered that i had to call. I couldn't at that moment and only remembered when another mixed case arrived. When i did call to cancel there was a 10 min queue but Douglas was extremely polite and the process was easy.

Good/interesting beers, although a couple of cases have had to be reshipped due to apparently breaking in transit. They are not keen on cancellations and can only do this by phone (took me about 8 calls and then a 15 min wait to get through), and they also then throw discounts at you to stay. Online functionality w toils make it a more customer aisling experience.

Great promotional offer, the beers are good + nice freebies. Cancelation was a bit weird as you have to call them but I understand they are trying to get feedback for improvements which is a good thing. I got through to Douglas within 10 mins (during busy Christmas period) who was very friendly and cancelled my subscription quickly. Thanks I will order again.

Called up today to cancel my subscription as the beers wasn't to my taste. I had to call a few times as the line was busy and once I did get through I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I was looked after by Douglas who was a lovely pleasant man. He asked me which beers I didn't like and offered me a really good deal to try another taste of different beers. On this occasion I decided to wait a little while before ordering again.

I enjoyed my selection very much. I understand the anxiety people feel when having to phone to cancel but my wait was not too long and Douglas did a good job. I’d give the beers 4 - Douglas 5 but having to phone - sorry 3.5

Great first person customer service from Douglas. Customer service only marked as 4 due to length of wait for phone. Exposure to new beers from US, Europe and local has been welcome and account management and delivery all been faultless. I have cancelled only due to limitations on selecting types of beer beyond pale/dark.

Quick delivery of first box and great promotional offer. Douglas very helpful with cancelling subscription. Long hold time on phone hence 4 out 5 but great service overall.

What can I say, Douglas answered the phone and my question. Top notch. Not his fault, but I had to hold for 28 minutes for a 1 minute call hence 4 out of 5.
