Beer 52 provided good service and some interesting beers but some were more to my taste than others. It is a shame one cannot cancel online. I was lucky and phoned early and was dealt with quickly and politely.

Nice beer and fast service - but no Welsh beer to be seen and very expensive. Having said that, a very good company to deal with. A word to the wise: Purple Moose Elderflower or Cwrw Llŷn Brenin Enlli would charm your customers!

I had a couple of issues with a couple of my orders, in both cases more to do with the actual breweries/beers stock than Beer52. I had email exchanges with first of all Phil but mainly Io. In both cases they have both been very helpful and sorted my problems. Its disappointing that there was a couple of issues, however in my opinion the customer service I have received to rectify the issues, especially in what has been a challenging few months for everyone, has been second to none. I would definitely recommend the company and I have!

Great company and great experience. The only problem is that with any subscription box service, you're going to get some you love and some not so much. It's just a matter of personal taste. Loved trying the new beers but ultimately don't want to pay for ones I know I won't like. Perhaps an improvement would be to give people the 'menu' before and let them swap in and out before it's shipped (a bit like Hello Fresh). Appreciate this will be a logistical issue though.

They're a small company promoting craft beers and I cannot fault them for the concept, but unfortunately for me the beers on offer are not to my taste. Angus was very understanding when I phoned to cancel my subscription and I hope that they do make a success of their business.

When I finally got through to customer services, due to the current crisis, I couldn’t wish for a better response. The team member I spoke to was very polite, offered but didn’t force me into buying any more packs/offers. The delivery was also prompt considering the pandemic and easily tracked.

First box was damaged and lost by courier. Once I'd emailed customer service (2 day wait), the issue was resolved swiftly, communication was friendly and human, interesting beer is now in my fridge. Hoping for a continuing relationship!

Really impressed with the beers I have received and the customer service is always spot on! The only reason it's not a 5 is because of the time spent on hold before getting through to speak to somebody Overall I'm really happy with Beer 52

Great customer service. Angus was a really helpful chap and came across very cheerful. The only reason my score isnt a 5 is because I had to wait a short while on hold. Overall I'm impressed👍

It’s the unknown. Preferring ales and getting the ales I know I’m going to like the box I get. Before beer52 I’d by mainly the same beers, ones I really like, every week. Whilst this was good, it’s discovering that there are lots of other beers I like. Also getting a parcel of beer makes my day and I’m smile in anticipation, waiting for the day I open it.

A really good service, and the beer is amazing, however cancelling it is quite the process and took a few days to get it right. Aside from that though, an excellent product and super helpful to talk to!
