“Douglas was very helpful when I called to cancel my subscription. I just don't manage to get through all the beers so it has been stacking up. He offered a longer subscription pause if it would help, but I decided to cancel. I was on hold for 10 mins or so - would be good to know where you were in the queue for people on hold.”

“Waiting time for Customer Service was a little long but with current work restrictions this is understandable. When the call was connected the person I spoke to was polite, professional and took care of my enquiry immediately. All the beer I have had so far has been really good. Perhaps a little pricey per beer but you're paying for the craft and limited availability of certain beers so a premium isnt entirely unjustified or unexpected.”

“Great beers but cancelling my membership for now. Easy to speak to over the phone and able to help straight away. Rather a long wait on the phone before speaking to someone though. Why not allow people to cancel online if they need to”

“Nice selection of beers from Poland for my 1st case.and 2 nice nutty snacks to go with it. Delivery was a bit late,due to it being Christmas. Douglas in customer service was really helpful when I called.”

“Douglas was lovely to speak to especially after a 15 minute wait to get through. Dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the subscription wasnt for me but definitely a great idea and worth the money. Not happy with the healthy snaks tho...... beer and health food should never be mixed c'mon guys you should know this.”

“Customer service was very good, Douglas was very polite, friendly and understanding, no hard sell or trying to change my mind when cancelling. My decision was based on not all the beers being to my taste but cannot fault the service.”

“Service good, delivery prompt. Interesting variety of beers but unfortunately none were beers I particularly enjoyed. I tried two boxes but decided to cancel after the second batch also didn't include anything I really liked. Membership cancellation was easy and handled well.”
