Signed up for the Cyberfest 2020 based on a friends recommendation. Deliver was a Working week ahead of time (though delivery driver failed to deliver the second box until the next day,l). Beer selection was good, customer service was within the stated response time when contacted.

Really enjoyed first box and encouraged me to try some beers I wouldn’t otherwise have done. Seem a fun business who live beer and want the customers to do as well! Spoke to Angus at customer services who was really helpful and now look forward to my next box in May!

Took the sign up offer (pay for delivery only) - was only a fan of a couple of the beers so didn’t fancy paying full price for more deliveries. Angus was great on the phone, dealt with my request quickly and we even had a chat about breweries/the current situation. 5 stars for Angus, 4 stars for Beer52.

Ordered with a sign-up order, beer was delivered very quickly and was very tasty. However, £24 for 8 bottles in future is too pricey for me so went to cancel but can only do it by phone. Took me 20minutes to get through on the phone. The service on the phone was very good though and I received a good price for more beer to avoid cancellation - worth it now.

I tried the free beer deal and thought the beers were just ok. I normally drink lager and am not too adventurous when it comes to different beer flavours.

45 minutes to get through on the phone, but Angus was very friendly and helpful once I finally did get to the front of the queue!

Took a while to get an answer but in the current circumstances you have to accept that. Once I got through, customer service was friendly, helpful and resolved my issue efficiently.

Happy with speed of delivery, the 1st box I recieved was nothing special prob 5 out of the 8 beers I can get at my local supermarkets, still obviously a bargain with me not paying full price. called up to cancel and angus offered me a good deal on 2nd box and assured me it would be a better box. So overall a good experience

Used an offer which was great. Beers were good and delivery was quick. They do use Hermes for delivery and in my area they are useless. Also it can be difficult to cancel a subscription as you have to call up. I found that when calling during the day i couldn't get through. Called at 9am when they open and got straight through. Customers services rep was very helpful once i spoke to him.

Lovely service and some great beer selections to go with it. Angus was very friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with, however I would echo that it’s a little challenging to cancel. If you hang on for 15 minutes on hold you shouldn’t have a problem but a little frustrating that there isn’t an online cancellation option. All in all however a good product

My experience overall was very good. The beer was good quality (not all to my taste) and arrived promptly and in good condition. I decided to cancel and found that this is not possible on-line so I called the number given. They answered after about 15mins on hold and then were very friendly with no pressure to stay. If you like the beers I think it is a good service.

After the first free box (except the postage), I phoned to cancel. They were friendly enough, I did have to wait on hold for world 15 mins and the operator was determined to try and make me stay. But pleasant none the less.

Decent beers in the opening offer- understand people highlighting difficult to cancel membership, but personal experience they were firm in sales pitch but fair with me!

Order arrived today - I did have to chase this with an email to their customer services team, however, less than 24 hours on from sending the email the package is here! Looks great and will make a lovely gift for Christmas as planned!

The selection of beers really not my thing. All a bit too "exotic" in terms of flavours etc. especially as I was expecting a decent range of IPA, Porters etc. (Not vanilla, coffee, chocolate, milkshake and so on). It would have been easier to not have to telephone to cancel but I did and it was no problem. The guy dealing with me was absolutely fine and understood my reasons. I then got a cancellation confirmation email within minutes - So, not really for me in terms of beer but cancelling was no problem. If you fancy a try then it's worth doing as you might like it!

They always seem to source an interesting variety of beers, any time I've had cause to contact them the reply has been prompt, helpful and polite. I had one box which went missing in the post which was replaced promptly and without quibbling. My only tiny quibble is that it's difficult to use their web site to pause beer supplies for more than a month at a time, however a quick e-mail does the trick.

Beer subscription with the added plus of getting valuable information about the monthly selection in a magazine included in the box. Sometimes, the selected beers are even custom brewed for Beer52. Only problem might be that there´s no way to delay delivery (for instance when you´re on holiday, or away for work) w/o suspending the subscription.
