The service was easy to subscribe to, clear and had good quality beers. I suspect I got unlucky with the few I got before I cancelled, but got an awful lot of citrus flavoured IPAs and coffee stouts. Both are nice, but I wanted more variety when I was paying a lot. Notably missing any traditional style ales, but I guess since it's craft that's not the flavour of the day. Cancelling was a bit of a faff, I really don't like it when companies make you phone up as it's a transparent attempt to try and convince you to stay (or just add a little bit more of a mental barrier). Douglas who I rang was friendly despite the canned phrases he had to use to try and retain my custom. Good experience overall despite the criticisms!

I love the Beer52 concept; it's been especially valuable to me during lockdown. Their customer service is excellent, accessible, friendly, and efficient. The beer selections definitely suggest someone knows their stuff. One point of constructive criticism, I do think the option for more customisation would be nice - I really don't like sours, never found one that I've ever liked, and it would be good to have a menu where you can tick boxes as to which types of beer you would like to exclude from your subscription. Whilst it's decent value for money, it's still not cheap, and I don't want to waste money on a beer I know I won't enjoy.

Called to cancel my subscription as l was doing a limited amount as a gift for my nephew who had thoroughly enjoyed the beers! Douglas made the whole experience very easy... great customer service; thank you Douglas!

Decent selection of beers and fast delivery. Though not quite to my taste (Dank Hazy NEIPAs are my thing) so had to cancel, spoke to Douglas about it and he was friendly and got me sorted out quickly.

I've recently left Beer 52 as my circumstances have changed and I need to economise; but I can safely say that I've enjoyed all the beers, snacks and Ferment magazines during my subscription... A really good selection of quality beers from around the world... Thanks.

Beer 52 was very good most beers were great only a couple were not i called to cancel my subscription (only because I was joining a gin club ) I talked to Douglas and he was very helpful and gave great service all in all I was very happy with the beers I recieved

Good service can't fault them Douglas was really helpful when i cancelled my subscription. He wasn't pushy in trying to get me to stay just gave me some options that were available.

Mostly great beers, but as you'd expect there's often some which end up straight down the sink. But not enough to be an issue. Nice surprise when a case turns up as I went for the quarterly cases. Lost a star as you have to call up (and wait) to cancel, although Douglas was polite and helpful when I did get through.

Douglas at Customer Service was friendly and helpful, and seemed to have a good understanding of the beer-game. I imagine he has a friendly face and a good beard.

Called Beer52 to adjust my delivery frequency (took a bit too long to get through, hence 4stars) but once through Doug sorted me out. Straightforward, as it should.

Got a great deal with Beer52, phones up to cancel my order as I could no longer afford it, spoke to Douglas who was incredibly helpful and also very kind and seemed like a nice genuine person. He made sure I knew that I still had credit on my account that I would lose and that I could pause my account until December.
