“Douglas was very helpful when I called to cancel my subscription. I just don't manage to get through all the beers so it has been stacking up. He offered a longer subscription pause if it would help, but I decided to cancel. I was on hold for 10 mins or so - would be good to know where you were in the queue for people on hold.”

“Excellent customer service when cancelling my subscription. I initially ordered a sample case to see if it was for me but have confirmed I prefer to choose and stumble across things instead. I can see why people would love this service and it’s products, alas, just not for me.”

“Beer 52 DO NOT answer the telephone . The only option is to cancel the direct debit! The beer is just ok but is far too expensive for what it is !!!!”

“Very helpful staff (Steph, Daniel and Douglas) sorted out my initial mistake when ordering and subsequently when cancelling. The beer arrived very quickly despite it being just before Christmas and was packaged well. Will recommend you to friends who have a more appreciative beer palate. Thanks.”
