“Douglas was so great at attending my needs! Beers were thoroughly enjoyed by my boyfriend and I’m sure in the future I’ll restart my subscription for friends and family!”

“Delivery was very timely, the packaging looked great and it had obviously been carefully thought about. Douglas was super polite and friendly, unfortunately I had ordered as a gift for my partner and he wasn't so keen on the craft beers. I'd certainly recommend if you enjoy craft as it was a great thing to turn up in the post. It may be a nice idea to also offer a one off starter pack to send as a gift before signing up to a subscription?”

“Very pleased with how Douglas handled my cancellation. We have really enjoyed the beers, but unfortunately we can no longer afford them. Douglas offered us at least three cheaper alternative options and never made me feel uncomfortable about not being able to afford them. Douglas handled my call with complete professionalism”

“I've been receiving beers from beer52 for more than a year now and I am very happy with the quality! I found the feature of pausing the subscription very helpful as sometime we are not at home for weeks. The quality is very good. Today I had to put the delivery on hold for a longer period of time and Douglas was really really helpful in helping me out doing that! Great customer service right there :) I'll definitely recommend you guys!”

“No issue with delivery although i think the prices for the beer is a little expensive. The issue is with closing the subscription which cant be done online and is only possible by contacting a number which took 20 min to answer. Not acceptable service and likely to put off anyone thinking of returning.”

“Their customer service is great! Delivery is fast and I enjoyed almost all the beers selected, with a good variety. My only problem is the price. I get that they are imported so prices are higher but almost £30 for 10 beers it too steep for me especially when more and more craft beer is emerging at supermarkets for a fair price.”

“Their website says that it is necessary to phone them if you want to cancel a subscription. This is an internet business in 2021! Fortunately my card was expiring so I sent an email.”
