Great customer service received whilst requesting some information on my delivery, prompt response from Megan with the information and also contact details if I required any further assistance, very pleased with the outcome and the service received

Terrible customer service. They don't read the information you send and ask for it again. Really difficult to cancel and Terrible timescale for responding.

if you ever want to make a change to your deliveries contact FELIX he is a gem to deal with and everything gets sorted!delivery man also prompt and helpful

I've been using beer 52 for a couple of years but have unfortunately had to cancel my subscription. Callum Docherty helped me to cancel, understood my reasoning, and was friendly and courteous throughout. Great company overall

Excellent customer service from Natalie - can't fault the company or the beer, but the delivery company they're using (Evri - 'the new Hermes') aren't any better than the old Hermes and are really letting them down.

Beer 52 customer service is consistently reliable and great. On this occasion I need help regarding some difficulty and confusion as what was happening to my delivery , a courier problem, not beer 52 . Meg responded to my email in a really helpful reassuring way. Thank you Beer 52 as you make me feel like a valued customer in how you respond and your choice of beers are brilliant!

Natalie and Joshua were very fast helping me with my order. I sent an email in the evening to ask for help and the next morning they offered support and resolved it almost instantly. Very good beers, good books every month and nice snacks too. Very happy with beer52. Keep it like that! Loving the fact they re based in Edinburgh too :-)

Great company and great communication! I had a faulty wine bottle sent in my subscription and Joel Gutteridge handled it really quickly and efficiently and gave me 10 pounds off in the next box.

Really loved my Beer52 subscription but unfortunately had to cancel. Joel Gutteridge was super helpful on Twitter and processed my cancellation quickly, letting me know my options.

Good communications (especially from Joel) Had initial issue with courier losing order. But got it in the end. Good quality but decided not for me at this point

Was having trouble getting through on the phones so popped over an email and Joel Gutteridge came back to me very quickly with some great offers but as I don't drink I decided against this and terminated my account. Thanks for your help Joel 😊!
