“I've been using beer 52 for a couple of years but have unfortunately had to cancel my subscription. Callum Docherty helped me to cancel, understood my reasoning, and was friendly and courteous throughout. Great company overall”

“Beer 52 customer service is consistently reliable and great. On this occasion I need help regarding some difficulty and confusion as what was happening to my delivery , a courier problem, not beer 52 . “Natalie and Joshua were very fast helping me with my order. I sent an email in the evening to ask for help and the next morning they offered support and resolved it almost instantly. Very good beers, good books every month and nice snacks too. Very happy with beer52. Keep it like that! Loving the fact they re based in Edinburgh too :-)”

“Was having trouble getting through on the phones so popped over an email and Joel Gutteridge came back to me very quickly with some great offers but as I don't drink I decided against this and terminated my account. Thanks for your help Joel 😊!”
