“It's impossible to cancel your subscription via the website, however the staff are incredibly friendly and more than happy to help out with whatever you need. Special shout out to the advisor I spoke to - Douglas - he went over the benefits I would lose if I cancelled and persuaded me to try another month!”

“Called to cancel, Douglas was great - he ran me through the options to keep me as a Customer and was polite, honest and upfront about everything. Understood and dealt with the call very efficiently. Beer is nice, price is too high”

“Customer service has been very good, whether by email or telephone. I was always advised when to expect a delivery by email, and also a text from the courier. Prices tend to be a little high if compared to supermarkets, but then they supply very varied and unique products, and personal service. When calling the cancellation line, the phone was answered within two minutes. Angus was polite, offered an alternative option but was not pushy at all. I would not dissuade anyone from giving them a try.”

“When I phoned you I had to wait for a short time & then was put through to Douglas who I found to be a very pleasant, cheerful fellow. I explained to him that I intended to return to my usual meeting friends & drinking pints in a pub next month & therefore wanted to cancel my membership. He made some generous offer to entice me to stay which I declined but I'll probably be back in the Autumn!”

“I love the beers and the selection, had a great chat With Angus over the phone just now. My only problem with them is that while I love all types of beer I can't order the mixed box because of an allergy to dairy, of course, I know Beer52 is a small company so it's tough to address that need at the moment, just would love to see that addressed at some point in the future.”
