“Douglas was very understanding when I explained why I wanted to cancel and offered me £10 I had in credit against another order. During Lockdown I'm on a fitness drive and drinking is off the radar.”

“Douglas was helpful and tempted me in with a tenner off my next month (I didn't realise I had that as credit) as I was about to cancel. A general point would be for a those receiving a subscription as a gift, there should be an easy cancel option on the website.”
