“Math Hawkins was very helpful told him that I would like to cut back on spending due to the current climate.He gave me a good deal that suited my finances and still allowed me to carry on my subscription.”

“Not keen on having to ring to cancel subscription when it's something that could easily be done online. Making it difficult is just a ploy to convince you not to cancel. Lost my trust. The only reason for two stars is for Douglas on the phone who was very helpful and friendly.”

“An excellent set up and having received beers from last spring, they have usually been brilliant. A few weren’t to my taste, but that’s part of drinking beers. The team are very easy to speak and are genuinely really nice people. My only complaint would be an email in advance of taking money from the bank accounts.”

“It was always exciting receiving and opening the Beer 52 box. Also i I enjoyed trying beers that I wouldn't usually find locally. I would have stayed but after Christmas and a birthday I found myself pretty well stocked up with beer that'll see me through quite a few months. Douglas was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Excellent beers and excellent customer service 👍”

“Swapped delivery address as I ordered for my Stepdad for Christmas and now I fancy a few new beers. Douglas was very helpful and informative, only problem there was a bad echo on the line, very annoying when speaking and hearing everything you say repeated a second later.”

“Good customer service although found it hard to get through at first, Douglas was great on the phone, beers just not for me, I like craft ale just not “salted caramel milkshake” ale and “green tea” ipa but too hipster and pretentious for me I’m afraid, call me old fashioned! Some of the stouts however were absolutely delicious!”
