“Took a while to get through to cancel however once through Kirsty was very helpful, talking me through options. It is just a shame I have to stop drinking beer 🙁”

“Due to unforeseen financial difficulties I had postpone my subscription. However this was dealt with efficiently and politely by Kirsty and I’m not sure that I will be back a later date. Thanks 🙏 Kirstyx”

“Called up to cancel my membership and Kirsty C was a great help. Really friendly and not pushy when I said i wanted to cancel. She also set me up with a reduced price on my last box and made sure that as soon as I was billed for it, I wouldn't need to call again to cancel.”

“Ordered on 14th June ,payment taken same day ...As at 1st July still no beers,and its taken 3 x 20 minute wait/calls to finally get my money back. Lesson learned, Ill go and spend my £50 with someone who will actually provide the product Im buying.”

“Bought for Father's Day on behalf of the cats, however the cats don't get much pocket money, so had to cancel. Chris Welsh made the process easy and gave me many options but I don't drink beer. Sorry.”

“Was given a £24 beer card as a fathers day gift by my daughter neither she nor myself realised that to redeem that card I would have to go through the whole rigmarole of joining said company .gave code and pin, gave name address gave choices of beer but still not enough had to join but no current a/c so couldn't, have we lost £24 or not ,? now in limbo don't go near this company you'd be better off just going to your local beer supplier , who wants a 'ferment paper' and a snack at god nows how much when it could have been spent on beer and actually delivered to the customer!?”

“Great customer service. Kirsty was very helpful. Introductory offer was very reasonable and offer on 2nd box too. At full price, decided these were like a special treat. Think in 2 boxes there was only one beer that I didn’t enjoy. Arrived promptly and well packaged.”
