“Beers delivered on time, customer service great and very helpful”

“Very good service, and no problems if you decide to cancel your subscription, nobody takes the huff, and your calls are answered. The staff are on it, as the kids would say, regarding the product and will help your choices if you require it. I would join again depending on the deals. Good work keep it up.”

“I like Beer52, they’re good guys, customer service has always been excellent. Great communication and on time deliveries are a given in my experience. After my beer stockpile has reduced I may subscribe again. I wish all customer service reps were like Angus, a genuine guy, not pushy, listens to his customers.”

“I love the beers and the selection, had a great chat With Angus over the phone just now. My only problem with them is that while I love all types of beer I can't order the mixed box because of an allergy to dairy, of course, I know Beer52 is a small company so it's tough to address that need at the moment, just would love to see that addressed at some point in the future.”

“Quick Delivery as and when promised, good eclectic box of beers. Just not for me, when I called to cancel. Angus was excellent, a few offers to tempt me to stay, but no pushy sales. A pleasure to deal with.”

“The beer was great. However when we called to cancel (due to the fact we were having an alcohol break) the telephone operative said they would cancel...but didn’t. I was still charged. When my husband called to explain the error, the lady went away to discuss this with her supervisor...then hung up the phone. We tried a second time, and this operative hung up as soon as the call was connected (probably as it was 4:55pm). I’m so disappointed and just don’t know what to do now. I guess it will just continue. Please help!”
