“Douglas was great and offered some options that were not available on the site. As most people have said - hold time to cancel and inability to do it on the site should be easier (but understandable).”

“Apart from the long wait to get through, Douglas was very friendly, calm and helpful. It's a difficult job but he is a really asset to you. About the beer - I'm sure it's lovely but I don't drink!! I signed up through a promo from another website. However, the beer looks interesting and has made great Christmas presents. To be critical - I think the beer is a little expensive for subscription. More importantly I feel the beer choice is a little eclectic. I would think that customers want familiar beers but be able to try something 'out of the box' every so often!!!! It's really credit and great to see you promoting the smaller producers though. Thanks anyway and Merry Christmas.”

“Great selection of beers. Fast delivery. Douglas in customer support was absolutely superb dealing with me once I got through, my only complaint was having to wait 25 minutes on hold before being put through”

“Joined on a great offer,delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. The beer selection is good and so far tastes great. Sadly had to cancel subscription due to health check issues and spoke with Douglas who is very easy to deal with and all sorted quickly.”
