The beer and service was good, just wish you could cancel the subscription without being on hold for 30 mins

Called to cancel my subscription as there has been a change in circumstances, the only negative was being on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I have enjoyed the beers up until now and Douglas informed me I had built up £10 worth of points towards my next crate. I decided to put my subscription on hold until the middle of next year, hopefully we will be in a better place by then, using the discount and will review the situation in June 2021

Fast delivery, some different beers to sample interesting magazine. Phoning takes a long time to answer but that could be COVID related but Douglas was very helpful

Douglas was helpful in trying to sort out my issue as I wanted to cancel my subscription, only to find out that I have some credit to spend, so I kept it on for another delivery.

Douglas was great handling my questions, explained the options available very well and helped me reach a good conclusion. Not pushy with making me stay and polite with all my questions and concerns. Long wait on the phone but it's clear to see it's a very busy time!

Douglas dealt with my enquiry with efficiency. Would have been five stars but there was a rather long wait on the phone for a reply. To be able to communicate with you via email or text would be an improvement.

Although not all the beers were to my exact taste these boxes gave me the experience to try something I might not usually. I love my DDH and DIPA but usually stay away from sours for example. I’ve actually had some really good ones in my deliveries which I’ve surprised myself by enjoying, and so even changed my viewpoint. Thankyou

I thoroughly enjoyed the beers, just needed to cancel the subscription due to unforseen circumstances. Douglas was very helpful in facilitating this quickly and courteously.

Excellent delivery time and service following the introduction of free beer. Provide more flexible options for an account holders outside of subscription.

My only problem (and I know with everything going on it’s a small one) was the wait on hold, having said that when I got through everything was sorted out and the service was very friendly.

I got redirected to Beer52 by another website offering me a free gift after using their website...well, nothing's free is it?! But for £4.95 postage, I took them up on their offer. The beer arrived a lot later in the day than Hermès stated. I liked the lights. I had to phone to cancel subscription, so had to wait on hold for 12minutes. But then got to speak to the lovely Douglas lol.. Friendly, like most Scots, nice accent, like most Scots. Tried to get me to stay with a little incentive - not a hard sell.

Is what it says in the tin. On time deliveries. Nice variety of beers with loyalty credits on top. Helpful service from staff members though we all know they could make cancellations a lot easier.
