All my dealings with Beer 52 and Douglas in particular have been have been a good experience. Maybe the wait time to get through on the phone was a little protracted but once answered, my request was dealt with quickly.

Amazing, friendly customer service. You always get a cheery voice at the other end of the phone, but especially Douglas who went out his way to help me with an order that went wrong, he quickly resolved the matter which was much appreciated!! I know you guys are busy, but the team never fail to make me smile! Great company, great team. Thank you Douglas!

Had a gift voucher, to claim i had to subscribe, once beer had come i i cancelled dubsriprion , had to do it over phone. Spoke with a woman called Kirsty, she had a wonderful telrphone manner was so pleasant and great customer servicè skills

Beer52 is advertising themselves as a 'anytime cancel' subscription. It is surprisingly difficult to cancel though as: - there is no option to do it online, you need to actually call them to do so; - I did call them and they told me that they can't cancel yet, there must be a minimum amount of time after I created the account to have it cancelled. This is unacceptable, as I have entered into a contact being given a lie.

Awful weird beer, no wonder it’s so cheap because no one in their right mind would drink it . Awful service. They never answer the phone. Never reply to DM. Never answer emails. I can’t cancel my subscription to stop this stupid “beer club” thing they have that I didn’t even know I was getting involved in and charged for!

Can often pick up good deals on boxes/subscriptions. Was helped kindly to amend and pause my subscription by Kirsty C - thanks for your great customer service, you kept me as a customer when I was planning to leave!

Love using Beer52.com , beer delivered straight to your door and excellently packaged. On the one occasion my beer went missing i called and spoke to a very helpful lady called Kirsty Cleary and she resolved the issue in no time at all and got a replacement box sent out to me. Just waiting for it to arrive now so i can carry on enjoying the great beers !

Just had great customer service by Kirsty Cleary. I'd had delivery issues in the past but Kirsty was apologetic, organised putting it right put my mind at rest about future deliveries

Realised I had never received my box, lost/damaged in transit. Rang and spoke to Kirsty who was brilliant and got it all sorted in no time at all, very efficient. Enjoying all the beers so far.

Customer service from Kirsty Cleary is exceptional. She offered clear and concise information and explanations along with immediate, no quibble, resolutions to the issues of failed delivery of my orders. Her actions have resulted in me NOT cancelling my subscription. Excellent customer service (shame I had to use them).
