“Douglas was very friendly and helpful in sorting my cancellation. Did his job by tempting me to stay without putting too much pressure on. An online chat or callback service would be a useful addition to make it more accessible for customers who work 9-5. Would definitely recommend to others though if they can spare a few quid.”
