Was going to cancel but Douglas talked me through some options available to me and explained that my next box which will be coming is a Belgian case...in Douglas's words should be awesome! Looking forward to it.

The beers I've had were lovely and deliveries arrived as expected. Whenever I've spoken to their customer service team they have been friendly and efficient in sorting things out (I spoke to Douglas - nice chap). Their normal monthly boxes are a bit too expensive for me at the moment (out of work currently), but the beers are good quality

The beers we had were really nice and we enjoyed the overall experience of beer 52. Douglas, who I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful and professional although the phone line was very busy and it took a while to get to talk to someone.

Always on time and a great selection of beers each month, worth every penny. We’ve recently had a baby and had to make a few luxury cutbacks, which included the beer :( - called to cancel and Douglas was a great help, run through a variety of different options on how subscriptions work and was cool an understanding not a pushy salesman, call was wrapped up in less than 5 minutes. Will definitely be re-subscribing in the future.

Douglas was great to speak to on the phone today. Just some confusion regarding the subscription that it’s every 28 days and not a monthly, so days of monies coming out can differ. Recommend for trying new and different beers as you won’t find most in a supermarket.
