Misleading offer and issues cancelling. Joining special offer highlights next day delivery, however the first order took 9 days to arrive. Subscribing is very easy online, however cancelling has to be done over the phone if you can get through. I made multiple phone calls where I was informed that I need to call back later and then the phone cuts off. When I did get through I was put on hold in a queue for over 20 minutes.

My parcel was delivered on time considering how close to Christmas it is. The website is easy to use and you get exactly what you are paying for. I bought it as a present for my boyfriend and he will be very pleased with it. Douglas was very friendly and helpful when I called for cancelling my subscription.

I couldn't argue with the original promo of £24 of free beer for £5.95 shipping. The service was very prompt. Unfortunately i only liked one of the beers as they were mostly just too floral / citrus for my liking and i struggled to find any standard malty bitters flavours (e.g. Marston's Pedigree) on their list for next time. When i went to cancel my sub i discovered that i had to call. I couldn't at that moment and only remembered when another mixed case arrived. When i did call to cancel there was a 10 min queue but Douglas was extremely polite and the process was easy.

Rang today after emailing on Saturday regarding a missing box. The situation got dealt with speedily and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Douglas had been very helpful. I’ve bought two boxes of beer , I don’t drink beer so I can’t continue with the subscription . Couldn’t get through on the phone would be better to cancel on line. I would like it if you did a gin box !

Some of the beers were nice, others not so. Overall expensive for what it is. Douglas very polite, helpful and understanding with me wanting to cancel. So can not fault him however a long 20 minute delay in the phone being answered which is annoying. Why not be able to cancel through the web site? You could save money with less staff or answer phone more quickly to customers you haven't already lost!!!!!

Beers were always decent, and I am only cancelling as I am giving up bevvy for a while, and Angus was very good on the phone when I cancelled, but they should have a cancel online option.

Good/interesting beers, although a couple of cases have had to be reshipped due to apparently breaking in transit. They are not keen on cancellations and can only do this by phone (took me about 8 calls and then a 15 min wait to get through), and they also then throw discounts at you to stay. Online functionality w toils make it a more customer aisling experience.

Great promotional offer, the beers are good + nice freebies. Cancelation was a bit weird as you have to call them but I understand they are trying to get feedback for improvements which is a good thing. I got through to Douglas within 10 mins (during busy Christmas period) who was very friendly and cancelled my subscription quickly. Thanks I will order again.

Beer52 do not let you cancel online. You have to call them and not only they do not answer the phone but they keep on taking your money. Be aware that this is not a direct debit that you can cancel rather you have provided them them your debit card details and allowed them to take money from your account. I guess the easy way is to call the bank and ask them to stop any payments to them. These guys should be shut down.

Nice beer but really terrible service. Why have a button online that says cancel but only directs you to a phone number. So misleading. You can only cancel by phone and they NEVER answer the phone. Surely this isn't legal?

Ignore the positive reviews, they must be fake!! It is impossible to cancel your subscription as they never answer the phone! Avoid at all costs

I can't get hold of anyone to cancel my subscription. I'm know first time deals are intended entice new customers but you shouldn't feel trapped and unable to cancel after the first order. It shouldn't be this hard. It's getting a little stressful unfortunately :(
