“Delivery has always been on time. I have much enjoyed the Ferment magazine and worked my way through some interesting beers. However, I now feel I'd prefer to stick to real ales. When I explained this to Douglas, he was understanding and helpful. We agreed, that since I have some credit, I would take the next crate at a reduced rate, to use it up. He reassured me that the next beers might be more to my taste. Then I will phone again, and unsubscribe - no hard feelings!”

“Great beers but I had to cancel because of the price. It would be easier to be able to cancel online but in calling Beer52, Douglas helped make the cancellation process efficient.”

“A refreshing change to your usual shop bought lagers and ales. Some of them a bit too different for my tastes (particularly the sour ones) and a bit on the pricey side at £2-£3 per can - so unfortunately did have to cancel my subscription - but just one phone call and all done without any hassle....”

“Good boxes just too much to drink due to job, cancelling via phone was fine and gentleman was helpful upon cancellation and also gave good options to remain but just decided to cancel as too much stock”

“Beer was nice and not much i did not like. However i do not agree at all with having to call up to cancel and this immediately puts me off re signing up at a later date. The gentleman i called to cancel was courteous however.”

“A good selection of craft beers and snacks and the magazine was an intersting read. Decided not to continue due to price and now back to work the postman leaves the box in the garden for the local chavs to enjoy.The option to cancel online would be helpful but Douglas was very helpful when i called.”
