Good and efficient service, no messing, really pleasant customer services through Douglas. Will definitely consider using their full product.

Douglas Munro super helpful during the call, really friendly and quick solving my issue But please Beer52 - Add a button to cancel your subscription online rather than per phone (Hello 21st century!). I'd like to have my subscription on and off without having to call each time

I have enjoyed my beer subscription, but I'm cancelling as not all are to my taste each month. Friendly customer service, but 4 stars as you have to cancel the subscription by phone, and also the long hold time.

A good service, I will probably go back to it. They really need to enable subscription cancellation online though. Called up to cancel and it was handled quickly and professionally by Douglas

I waited a little while to be connected, but Douglas was very helpful when I did get through. He confirmed the benefits I currently had and checked I was aware of them before I confirmed cancellation. Good service, the price is a little high to maintain the offer for me.

Swift professional response and new address update over phone for our new property. Only difficulty i found was checking my address details on the website so unable to confirm.

Cancelled my subscription due to a change of lifestyle, really enjoyed having the beers. Douglas was really helpful when I rang to cancel the subscription and offered options to enable me to keep the account open but receive delivery of next consignment several months further down the road. Excellent!!!

I signed up for an introductory subscription offer which was very good value. The beer was great. I cancelled my sub as the standard price per beer was a little high for me and would prefer a non-subscription based option as I drink a bit more sporadically. Will definitely look at their shop though.

I enjoyed Beer 52 for 9 months in total, Douglas was a great lad on the phone very helpful. Top set up and great delivery. Just fancy ordering from some breweries for a while. I will likely be back. All the best Beer52

Douglas was very helpful and sorted out putting my subscription on hold for me, however I would prefer to have the option of cancelling online instead of over the phone.

Douglas was very helpful and tried to make me stay when phoned to cancel my subscription. Have to say I’m not happy about having to phone to cancel and had to wait quite a time to be connected.

The beers were well packaged and came promptly. I didn't like a number of the beers as they were too citrus based for me. Having hearing loss made it difficult for me to ring and cancel my subscription and although Douglas was helpful and had a lovely accent I struggled to hear. Another form of contact for those with a hearing disability would be helpful. Thank you.

I enjoyed all of the beers and the majority of beers were new to me. Customer service was good and I liked being able to read about the beers I enjoyed most in the magazine. Courier sometimes took a few days which was a bit disappointing as I live in the central belt. Value for money diminishes after the introductory offer but I ultimately ended my subscription wanting to lose weight after lockdown. I'll likely dip back in to order some favorites by multipack.
