“Friendly and efficient customer service. One of our boxes was lost in transit and Beer 52 made sure we got a replacement as soon as we queried this. Angus was very helpful in sorting this out for us”

“Great customer support. Kirsty was really helpful in reviewing my subscription options with no pressure to stay subscribed. What is evident is that there are other subscription options to suit which is very useful. The beer selection is impressive. I wasn't a huge fan of the dark beers so switched to the light ones.”

“Kirsty in customer service cancelled my subscription quickly and was very helpful. The beers were great but I only signed up as a friend had a golden ticket for free box. She was very happy to cancel and although they offered some good freebies for next box I just can’t afford that price every month.”

“Great service. I had forgotten about the subscription and was going to be away for a few days so would miss the delivery. A quick phone call and Kirsty quickly and easily changed the delivery date for me. No hassle at all.”
