“Good customer service but membership cancellation should be online. Thought the beers were okay, some to my taste, some not. I think it's quite expensive for what you get so I cancelled.”

“Rang to cancel my membership, spoke with Douglas who tried to find if there is specific beer/beers i like to have instead of cancelling, but when I said id just like to cancel he did not pressure into staying and cancelled as requested. More likely to return as a customer and recommend to a friend because of this.”

“Beer52 sent a great selection big first beers, all being different. Phoned up to cancel and spoke to a very friendly and polite man called Douglass who sounded like James McAvoy. Not pushy or obstructing my cancellation so made the call very quick and painless. Thank you”

“It's impossible to cancel your subscription via the website, however the staff are incredibly friendly and more than happy to help out with whatever you need. Special shout out to the advisor I spoke to - Douglas - he went over the benefits I would lose if I cancelled and persuaded me to try another month!”
