Great beers and service. Only leaving because I started the subscription for my dad for Christmas. Great service on the phone, informative without the pressure to stay. Douglas was very helpful.

Great chat with Douglas - very understanding despite my unsubscribing and truly tried his best to get me to stay.... 9 times out of 10 it would have worked but sadly difficult personal circumstances for me.

I've really enjoyed being a Beer52 customer - there were only about 3 beers I didn't like over an 8-month membership. The bonus snacks were a welcome inclusion, too. My deliveries were prompt and well packed. When it came to discussing my account, Douglas was really friendly and helpful.

Great variety of beers and great service, i prefer the german style beers though so thats why i left. Douglas was easy to deal with and cancelled the subscription. Phone call was quick and easy

First box never arrived, very unhappy with the need to phone to cancel as it feels like the business model is to keep customers by making it inconvenient for them to cancel, Douglas in customer service was friendly and cancelled my membership quickly after waiting on hold for 5-6 mins

Beer52 was very easy to work around on the website, very clear with their communications and email Updates on delivery. The staff are very friendly and Douglas was a pleasure to speak to on the phone. It’s a shame I’ve had to cancel my membership for the time being, however I would defiantly recommend & re-consider for myself in the future.

A good service. Intro and special prices are very good. Regular price is a bit steep when you break it down to per beer, and account for the randomness. However it is good for getting more variety and trying different brewers/countries of origin. Had to cancel due to change in personal financial situation, but had a good experience on the helpline with Douglas. Would recommend to any who enjoy good beer.
