“I had a box that wasn't delivered so I queried this via the Beer52 website. Joel promptly got back to me, apologised and has requested a new box to be delivered. The customer service is always spot on, whatever the query or request is!”

“Top service, with top products Always enjoy buying from Beer52 (and now Wine 52). Great section of products, love the little snacks that come into the box. Also fantastic customer support. And I'm not just saying that because the rep (Maria) has the same name as my wife. Always friendly and polite and helpful”

“I have nothing but praise for the quality and variety of the beers, the prompt and efficient delivery, and the customer service. Receiving the subscription monthly case of beer is fun, and it's so much more than just drinking beer. Without Beer52 and left to my own devices to choose beers I would never have discovered such a variety. The staff are great too. Very quick to respond to emails and extremely friendly and helpful. My latest email exchange with the staff prompted me to write this review as Felix really couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I've been using beer 52 for a couple of years but have unfortunately had to cancel my subscription. Callum Docherty helped me to cancel, understood my reasoning, and was friendly and courteous throughout. Great company overall”

“Beer 52 customer service is consistently reliable and great. On this occasion I need help regarding some difficulty and confusion as what was happening to my delivery , a courier problem, not beer 52 . “Natalie and Joshua were very fast helping me with my order. I sent an email in the evening to ask for help and the next morning they offered support and resolved it almost instantly. Very good beers, good books every month and nice snacks too. Very happy with beer52. Keep it like that! Loving the fact they re based in Edinburgh too :-)”
