Think it's a great ideal to allow people to try different beers. However I didnt like them a little too wheaty for me. But would consider buying for Christmas pressies or other pressies for people who like different beers

I've used Beer52 for a couple years now? 100 years? It's hard to remember in the pandemic. Shout out to Douglas in customer service for swiftly helping me pause my account for a few months (which has nothing to do with Beer52 itself). Beer52 offers a great way to discover a variety of new brews and brewers when you can't stray far from home for a fairly reasonable price, and this was true even in "the before-times." The snacks and magazines are a nice added touch, as well. My complaints about Beer52's service are: 1) you must make a phone call during working hours to get customer service beyond pausing your account for a month, which isn't the most convenient for working people, 2) you can only pause your account via the website once per month, which means you must make a phone call if you wish to pause for longer, 3) to cancel your subscription, you must make a phone call. Taking action in all 3 of these cases inconveniences busy people and results in added unpleasantness for busy phonephobes. I've never had any issues with the deliveries that necessitated returns or refunds, apart from a single missing snack, which was credited to my account shortly after I emailed customer service about the issue.

The service provided was very good. We received the beer as stated in the emails. Good quality beers, not the brands we usually drink. Great friendly staff.

I really enjoyed receiving Beer 52 and would consider using again. It was always a nice surprise to explore what had been sent each month. If you like trying new things I recommend it.

Beer52 is quality beer but a bit expensive for me if I had the funds I would definitely carry on getting Beer52. Douglas did valiantly try to get me to stay but I couldn't justify the prices, sorry Douglas. I would pass on to anyone else interested in trying something new.

Good customer service, bit disappointed with the beers which seemed very stout-heavy. Perhaps I was unlucky but I didn't appear to have a choice.

Douglas was helpful and tempted me in with a tenner off my next month (I didn't realise I had that as credit) as I was about to cancel. A general point would be for a those receiving a subscription as a gift, there should be an easy cancel option on the website.

Excellent beers, rapid delivery and really good customer service. Douglas has done a good job of keeping me subscribed and making it work for me with payment holidays and offers, which is greatly appreciated. The reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is I think the service is a wee bit too expensive but you pay for what you get!

The beers in my 1st box were a little peculiar, but it was nice to try something new. Douglas was very helpful today when I called to discuss my subscription. 👍🏻
