Been a member for about a year now. Great thing to be a part of. Always a good selection of varied beer and well thought out themes each month. The magazine suporting these themes makes it more interesting to read too. Any little problems have always been dealt with promptly with friendly and supportive staff. Being able to change the size of pack at any time and between light and dark beers etc is really great too.

Haven’t tried the beer yet, but just on customer service the person I spoke to was really helpful and not pushy at all. Was on hold for 10 minutes, but not end of the world.

The concept is fantastic, the service is incredible (especially from Angus Diog), the beers are exceptional and the subscription is well carried out. My only issue was that I drink a little more than 1 case a month and found the prices of ordering your own crate (not a pre-selected one) are very high. I rang up to leave and go to a cheaper company but Angus highlighted a few things that made it worth my while staying for the subscription and just do my inbetween orders elsewhere. Would deffinately reccomend this company for their monthly subscription.

Pretty good website and answered query on delayed delivery quickly managed. Only suggestion that if wishing to cancel this can be done online rather than have to call

Customer service has always seemed excellent, always get a fairly fast response by email. I think the price is very reasonable considering the beers are delivered free, the wide selection on offer (incl. option to have light beers only, i dont really like dark beers). Sometimes the free magazine has some interesting articles. Overall i would recommend beer52 to anyone. The only reason for the 4/5 is that the snack is not always that good and the free credits you earn from the beer subscription can only be redeemed on half of an order (you couldn't have £10 of free beer with £10 worth of vouchers, you'd have to spend £20 and get £10 free)

The beers are fantastic, it’s just a little too pricey for me as it works out at around £3 per 330ml can or bottle (or over a fiver a pint!) Angus in customer services was great and I’d like to return if price comes down or I get richer! Cheers guys and good luck.

After a good wait for the phone to be answered. I had prompt and efficient service to cancel my membership. I was offered extra discount and beers for my next order.

It took me a while to get through to the customer service team but once I did, Angus who I spoke to was an absolute delight he really brightened my day. I was ringing to cancel my subscription but he actually persuaded me to stay! I’d certainly recommend them as a company, the beers are great & so is their overall attitude/vibe which is definitely reflected in their staff. It’s nice to talk to someone in a customer service roll who was as happy to help as Angus was!

Lines are obviously busy so it takes a while to get through. However, after getting through Angus is friendly and deals with your queries quickly and is very helpful.
