“Took advantage of the fantastically good offer of 3 bottles of wine and just pay postage. Then called up to cancel my subscription, spoke to Iannis who was brilliant. Discussed my options, wasn't pushy, made sure I was happy with my choice and then proceeded to cancel my account. Excellent customer service, very impressed and no hassle!!!”
