“Nice beers generally, a few too many chocolate stouts for my liking. Sometimes hard to get through but once connected Douglas on the phone very helpful.”

“Customer service is excellent, and the beers we had were great. Not all to our taste but that shows how varied they are. My only complaint is there are not enough dark beers in the mixed case.”

“Price was steep initially but lots of deals to take advantage of and a good selection of beers with interesting themes. Delivery was quick and easy. Customer service was friendly and issues were resolved quickly and easily, however the quality of the call wasn’t great and it was sometimes difficult to understand. Would be good if you could cancel subscriptions without having to call as the line is usually very busy.”

“The selection of beers is good, and they are all very tasty. I think the price is a little steep, 10 cans (mostly 330ml) for nearly £30 is quite high but trying new beers is what it's all about. I have only spoken to them once, and Douglas was super helpful.”

“First Day I called, Customer Service was busy and couldn't get through to anyone. Called this Morning and sorted out My needs in 5 Minute's! Delivery obviously due to Covid took a while but that is to be Expected. Price a bit steep, 10 Can's and a packed of nuts for almost 30 quid is a bit much. At 15 or 20 quid I would consider again.”

“Douglas provided great customer service and cancelled my subscription quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I was on hold for at least 10/15 minutes before anyone answered the phone. Not a fault of Douglas's though I just thought I'd let you know.”

“I received some very interesting beers as promised and any issues have been sorted with the minimum of fuss. When I cancelled my subscription Angus was extremely helpful and I appreciate the lack of pushy sales. I will hopefully be back.”

“Was given a voucher before Xmas for free case (8 beers -mixed case). I have had two already with third en route and beers have been good and different. Wouldn't have purchased or tried them normally. However, not all are great so decided to cancel. Can only do this by phone - should be able to do this by email I believe. Douglas was ok about it but tried to tempt me with offers to keep me on board - to be expected. This service is great if you want random beers and don't mind paying slightly more for them...but not for everyone.”
