“Great product, just a few too many are too strong for me. Perhaps bring out a less than 5 percent alcohol box sometime? Cancelled with no issues with Douglas”

“My first box was Belgian variants and I (mostly) enjoyed the selection within, but I am a professed brune/stout/porter fan over lager/pilsner/IPA, so happy to admit to different tastes. The recent second box was - you guessed it - mainly full of IPA and it missed its mark (or perhaps I should say it deserved a more appreciative audience). Called today to discuss options and Kirsty Cleary was a treat to deal with (thank you). Would be great if, instead of hand-picked selections by others (a hit on box 1; a miss on box 2), that you could set a preference for darker beers and receive more options likely to meet your tastes.”

“thank you, todays call made things very clear. nice to know staff at beer 52 are scottish. never had any problems in the time I have been receiving deliveries of beer, and always found to be great value. douglas was great and explained things brilliantly. may not leave after all.”

“Spoke to a wonderful lady called Kirsty. I called with the intention of cancelling to save a bit of money while I in the process of buying a house, then resubscribe once I was more financially sure! I was then told I could pause my membership for 5 months instead! Thank you for your help today!”

“Beer 52 is a great company to deal with, unfortunately, I phoned to cancel my order because I have stockpiled my last few deliveries due to having to be in the right mood to drink and not being in that mood for a long time. Kirsty Cleary was very helpful when I called and offered me several alternative deals, some of which were very tempting but with the amount of beer building up I unfortunately had to refuse. Kirsty was very good even when I decided after all her offers to leave. If that is the level of customer service offered when I start drinking again, Beer 52 will be the first port of call.”
