“I was so excited to buy this 6 month delivery for my partner for Xmas. Reviews were good. I bought an extra case to be delivered with the voucher which unfortunately arrived with a soggy bottom. One bottle had broken but leaked all over the magazine, card, voucher etc. I was really disappointed as it wasn't exactly wrappable for xmas day. On complaining to customer service I was offered £3 refund for the bottle that was broken. Not really what I'd expect having just spent over £160. I think the voucher a great gift idea but will be buying elsewhere next time. Customer service pants. Not good enough, very short sighted.”
